Run Many Events at Once, Under One Account

A normal Gig Game subscription runs one live event at a time, and that is still all most hosts will ever need.

If you run a game show company, an entertainment agency, or a venue group, you can now go further. Licenses let one account host several events at the same time and give each of your hosts their own login.

Do I need this? Probably not. If you are one host running one event at a time, your subscription already does everything you need. Licenses are built for larger entertainment companies running many hosts and many simultaneous events.

You will find it under Subscription > Sub-Accounts and Licenses.

Buy Licenses in Bulk and Save

A license works like a subscription with a quantity. Choose a plan, choose how many licenses you want, and pay monthly or annually.

Discounts are applied automatically when you buy licenses in bulk. The more licenses you purchase, the lower the price per license. The price preview on the purchase page shows your total before you commit.

You can name each license, change its plan or quantity, or cancel it, just like a regular subscription. Each license keeps its own subscription history.

Multiple Simultaneous Events

Assign more than one license to the same account and that account can run that many live events at once.

Licenses can be assigned to your own account or to any of your sub-accounts. An account that holds several licenses keeps the same plan on all of them, so players join exactly the way they always have.

Managed Sub-Accounts

Create sub-accounts for your hosts and employees, up to the number of active licenses you hold.

When you add one, you choose a username and an email address, a phone number, or both. They get an invitation by email or text message, and each sub-account is assigned a license when it is created.

Everything is shared with you, so nothing has to be rebuilt per host.

  • Trivia sets, questions and media live on your account. Every sub-account uses them.
  • AI tokens come from your balance. Sub-accounts can only spend them if you allow it.
  • You stay in control. Each sub-account gets only the permissions you choose:
    • Manage the question catalog
    • Manage trivia packs
    • Manage assets
    • Use AI tokens

Sub-accounts are for running events. They have no public profile, are not listed as providers, and cannot edit a profile, leave reviews, subscribe, buy tokens, or view token history. Billing and payments stay with you.
