This release improves accessibility, game flow, tournament management, and the overall player experience across Card Riot games.
Accessibility & Display Improvements
Available in Blackjack and Poker.
A new Display & Sound menu is now available from the ⚙ Settings icon on every screen.
New accessibility options include:
- Text & Card Size — Choose Standard, Large, or X-Large. Cards, buttons, and text all scale together for a more comfortable playing experience.
- High Contrast Mode — A higher-contrast color palette with stronger outlines for improved readability.
- Reduce Motion — Disables dealing animations, celebrations, and other motion effects for players who prefer a calmer interface.
- Sound Effects Toggle — Quickly turn game sound effects on or off.
Your preferences are automatically saved and applied every time you play.
Available in Blackjack, Poker, and President.
The separate exit icon has been removed.
You can now leave a game or table from the Display & Sound menu by selecting Leave Table or Leave Game. You'll still receive the same confirmation before forfeiting your seat.
Gameplay Improvements
Blackjack
- Split hands now use HAND 1 / HAND 2 tabs instead of displaying both hands at once.
- The game automatically switches to the hand awaiting your action.
- If you view the inactive hand, you'll be prompted to return before making a move.
President
Several improvements make games easier to follow:
Cards on the table now show who played them.
Other players' moves briefly appear on your screen so you can easily follow the action.
Your turn now includes a clear visual alert along with device vibration.
Players joining an in-progress tournament can now request to join early.
- Existing players vote yes or no.
- Responses time out after 20 seconds (no response counts as yes).
- If everyone agrees, the round restarts with the new player included.
- Each player may request early entry once per game.

- Everyone—including the TV display—sees a live countdown.
- Hosts can cancel the countdown before the game starts.
- Configure bot players and the first table name before starting.
- Start controls now clearly indicate when additional players are required.
- Casual games now correctly display Start Game instead of Start Tournament.
- Optionally launch the TV display automatically when a game begins.
