The Pro Toolkit

The tools most platforms have - plus the ones they don't.

Many hosts pay for a separate subscription for every tool they use. You get everything you need here, for one price - no matter what type of event you want to host.

Ways Hosts Earn

Real gigs. Real events. Real income.

Gig Game gives freelance hosts and event companies multiple ways to earn - from weekly bar gigs to private bookings and branded experiences. Use it however fits your style, your audience, and your business goals.

Host weekly bar & brewery nights

Run trivia, bingo, or game nights on a recurring schedule. Charge venues a flat hosting fee, a revenue share, or bundle games with food and drink promos.

Organize crawls, festivals & restaurant months

Run the big ones too - a Halloween bar crawl, a citywide restaurant month, a street festival. QR games route players from venue to venue, and you sell participation to every stop along the route.

Book private & corporate events

Offer custom game shows for birthdays, weddings, team-building, and company parties. Personalized trivia lets you charge premium event rates.

Build an audience you can rebook

Collect opted-in player info during games and grow your own following. Promote future events, multi-week leagues, and new venues directly to past players.

Create social content from live events

Let players post photos to the screen during games. Leave every gig with authentic social content you can use to promote your brand and book the next client.

Add sponsors & paid partnerships

Drop sponsor messages, branded questions, or prize callouts into your games - an easy way to add revenue to a gig without adding work.

Your Audience, Not the Venue's

The following you build is yours - and it goes wherever you do.

Know who showed up by collecting contact info and custom fields as players join. Every gig adds opted-in players to a contact list you own - not the bar's, not the venue's. Yours.

Fill your own calendar by messaging past players directly. Announce your next trivia night, a new venue, a multi-week league, or a private booking - and bring your crowd with you instead of starting from zero at every new gig.

Make yourself rebookable with contact management, segmentation, bulk messaging, and social sharing built in. A host who can prove a following is a host venues call back - and the one they can't afford to lose.

Shaped by Hosts

You're hosting events. We're shipping features. Same week.

Every feature in the pro toolkit came from a host asking for it. We run a public requests dashboard where customers vote on what gets built next. We respond. We ship - usually in days, not quarters. You can see every release we've pushed in your dashboard on day one.

Introducing Bar Trivia - A New Host-Driven Trivia Experience from Gig Game

  • 18 May 2026
  • Gig Game Announcements

Today we're excited to launch an early preview of Bar Trivia, a new live multiplayer trivia experience built specifically for human hosts, bars, restaurants, streamers, and live event entertainment. Unlike our Trivia Night Game Show experience, Bar Trivia is designed around host-controlled pacing, crowd interaction, dramatic reveals, and real-world trivia nights where the emcee runs the room. This is trivia built for showmanship - giving hosts the tools to create live interactive experiences that feel more like a game show than a quiz app.

FAQ

Questions hosts ask us.

Are there per-host or per-seat fees?

No. One subscription covers you and your whole team. We charge by player capacity, not by host - add as many hosts as you need at no extra cost.

Can I run gigs at multiple venues on one subscription?

Yes. One bar or ten, weekly trivia plus a recurring corporate client - it's a single line item. No per-venue or per-event fees.

Can I run the room manually, the way I host?

Yes. Bar Trivia gives you bluff rounds, text-input questions, manual reveals, live score overrides, and manual pacing. No timers or autopilot unless you want them.

Can I reuse my content across gigs?

Yes. Save trivia sets, Bingo Sets, and prompt packs and reload them for every recurring gig. Print laminated bingo cards once and use them all year.

What if I book a one-off huge gig?

Add Audience Activation for that event - up to 10,000+ players - without upgrading your subscription. Your weekly bar gig stays on your normal plan.

I asked for a feature. How fast do you ship?

Often days, not quarters. Every pro feature came from a host request on our public dashboard - and you'll see new releases the day they go live.

How much do hosts make?

That's up to you - you're running your own business, and you set the rates. We just supply the tools. A recurring bar trivia or bingo night commonly starts in the low hundreds per night, and larger events - corporate parties, festivals - scale up well beyond that. And for something like a pub crawl, you're not charging one client at all - you negotiate a participation fee with each venue on the route, so a single event can bill several locations at once. What you charge is always between you and your clients.

Can I run more than one event at the same time?

An account runs one live event at a time. If you grow to the point of needing to host two at once, we can add a simultaneous-event license to your account - just reach out.

Ready to Get Started?

Your first event is 5 minutes away.

Create your account, pick a game, and start hosting. Trivia, bingo, scavenger hunts, drawing games, and more are all included in every plan.
