Build trivia straight from your own source material

The AI Bulk Build dialog now lets you choose how your questions are generated. Pick a build mode at the top of the dialog:

• Build with AI — generate questions from a topic and instructions (the classic experience).
• Build from a web page — paste a URL and we'll pull facts directly from that page.
• Build from a document — upload a PDF, Word (.docx), or text (.txt) file and we'll generate questions from its contents. (New!)

How document builds work

• Choose Build from a document, select your file, and it uploads instantly.
• We extract the text, break it into sections, and generate trivia grounded in your material.
• Generation runs in the background — keep working, and turn on SMS notifications if you'd like a heads-up when it finishes.

Good to know

• Supported document types: .pdf, .docx, .txt (max 15 MB).
• When you build from a web page or document, the source is treated as authoritative, so the optional AI question-validation step is skipped (and the related checkbox is hidden in those modes).
• Uploaded documents are stored temporarily and automatically removed after 24 hours.

See exactly what happens to every email you send

Emails sent through the Contact Manager now carry end-to-end delivery tracking. For each recipient on a message, we track its status as it moves through the pipeline:

• Queued → Sent → Delivered
• Opened (and total open count)
• Bounced (hard or soft)
• Spam complaint
• Unsubscribed
• Rejected / Failed

Where to see it

• Email Impact page — open any message to see KPI tiles (Delivery Rate, Unique Opens, Open Rate, Bounced, Unsubscribed) plus a tabbed recipient list: All, Opened, Didn't Open, Delivered, Bounced, Spam, Unsubscribed, Failed. Each recipient shows a status badge and links to their profile.
• Contacts list — a new Subscription column and filter let you instantly pull up everyone who's Bounced or Unsubscribed across all your sends.

Automatic list protection

• When an address hard bounces, the contact is automatically marked Bounced and won't be emailed again until you manually re-subscribe them.
• Spam complaints and unsubscribes automatically stop future emails to that contact.
• This keeps your sending reputation healthy and your lists clean — no manual cleanup required.

Faster, more reliable sending

• Sends now run in the background, so large campaigns no longer make the compose screen wait. You'll see a "queued" confirmation, and statuses fill in on the Impact page as delivery progresses.
