Gig Game is introducing a more flexible pricing model starting April 4, 2026, designed to better support both small testing sessions and large-scale QR-powered events. The free tier will now support up to 3 players, while new Audience Activations allow hosts to scale individual events up to 10,000 participants without needing high-tier subscriptions. For existing users - including those on legacy plans - nothing changes, and they remain fully grandfathered at their current player limits.
Gig Game will be exhibiting at IAAPA Expo 2026, taking place November 16–20 in Orlando, Florida. Attendees will be able to experience our interactive social gaming platform firsthand, where guests join instantly from their phones to participate in live, shared gameplay. Visit us on the show floor to see how Gig Game helps venues drive engagement, capture leads, and create new revenue opportunities.
QR Scavenger Hunt transforms any space into an immersive, escape room–style adventure powered by mobile devices. Players scan QR codes to uncover hidden clues, solve layered challenges, and progress through a connected experience. Each discovery brings them one step closer to completing the mission before time - or other players - runs out.
We’re introducing a new twist to the Gig Game Trivia Builder: **Bluff Questions**. This feature lets players submit their own fake answers during a question, attempting to trick others into choosing them. If someone falls for a bluff, the player who wrote it steals the points—adding strategy, laughter, and higher stakes to any trivia round.
Would I Lie?? – The Bluffing Trivia Show is now live on Gig Game, introducing a new trivia mechanic where players create their own fake answers to deceive other teams. Correct answers earn points, but convincing lies can steal points from opponents, turning every round into a battle of knowledge, creativity, and bluffing.
This weekend, Gig Games will be migrating our infrastructure to a new dedicated bare-metal server environment at Atlantic.Net. This upgrade is designed to improve performance, reliability, and long-term scalability for our games. During the migration window (January 31 – February 1, 2026), players may experience brief downtime or temporary slowdowns.
Gig Game’s Big Game LX Edition is a limited-time live trivia experience celebrating football’s biggest weekend. Featuring 370 questions across six themed categories, this special edition will be broadcast live on YouTube all day February 7–8. Jump in, play along, and don’t miss it - once it’s gone, it’s gone.
Custom Trivia Themes are here, and they put creativity front and center. Hosts can now design their own trivia experience screen by screen, turning every game into a fully produced show instead of a one-size-fits-all template.
Trivia Night – American Sports Edition is a high-energy trivia experience featuring 648 multiple-choice questions covering football, basketball, baseball, hockey, college sports, legendary athletes, and unforgettable moments in U.S. sports history. Designed for casual fans and die-hard superfans alike, it’s perfect for bar trivia, parties, classrooms, corporate events, and livestreams. Play instantly in the browser and bring game-day excitement to any group, anywhere.
